We hear many people these days saying, "I'm not religious.... I'm spiritual." But it's seldom that we actually TALK about it. This class is an invitation to talk about it with others who share the same curiosity. It's not designed for arguments, but for discussion as we share our own opinions and explore what each other and some of the Mystics have to say. This class is for those WITHOUT fixed and deeply held beliefs about religion or spirituality and who are open to new perceptions…. Curious people.
Mondays 10-11 a.m. for 8 weeks starting September 13. You are asked to commit to all eight meetings as best you can, because the discussions will be ongoing. Enrollment limited to 10-12 people.
Charlie Bradt has been studying and teaching meditation, yoga, and stress transformation for over twenty years. He has offered retreats, workshops and courses in upstate New York, South Carolina and Florida. He offers many techniques designed to move students from a place of struggle to a place of ease and believes that anyone can learn these things.
