The Mindfulness Meditation group will explore the role of mindfulness practice as a key to flourishing in every aspect of human life. We will provide an ethical, contemplative and philosophical framework for mindfulness using early teachings of the Buddha.
Weekly meetings will focus on the practice of mindfulness and will begin Sunday, January 15,
from 3 :00 -5:00 in the Reeb Room. Open to beginners and experienced practitioners.
First hour will consist of a 20-minute meditation, a talk and group discussion. Second hour will be the same with a deeper focus.
Participants are invited to attend either or both.
