Mindfulness Meditation
A Practice of Care
Sundays 3:00 to 5:00 pm in the Library
The Mindfulness Meditation group meets every Sunday from 3 pm until 5 pm in the Library and is open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Meetings consist of a 30-minute meditation, followed by a talk on mindfulness, ethics, generosity, gratitude, or other Buddhist and philosophical topics. The talks are followed by a group discussion of the topic.
