Mindfulness Meditation
A Practice of Care
Sundays from 3 to 5 pm in the Library
The Mindfulness Meditation group meets every Sunday from 3 pm until 5 pm in the Library and is open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Meetings consist of a 30-minute meditation, followed by a talk on mindfulness, ethics, generosity, gratitude, or other Buddhist and philosophical topics. The talks are followed by a group discussion of the topic. Whether you're new to meditation or have years of experience, all are welcome to join us for these enriching sessions. We look forward to practicing and sharing insights together!
