Mindfulness Meditation
A Practice of Care
Sundays 3 to 5 pm, Wednesdays 12 to 1 pm, both in the Library

The Mindfulness Meditation group meets every Sunday from 3 pm until 5 pm in the Library and is open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Meetings consist of a 30-minute meditation, followed by a talk on mindfulness, ethics, generosity, gratitude, or other Buddhist and philosophical topics. The talks are followed by a group discussion of the topic.

In addition to our regular Sunday meetings from 3:00 to 5:00 PM, we will now also meet on Wednesdays from 12:00 to 1:00 PM at the library. Both sessions will begin with a 30-minute meditation, followed by thoughtful discussions on mindfulness, philosophy, and Buddhist teachings. Whether you're new to meditation or have years of experience, all are welcome to join us for these enriching sessions. We look forward to practicing and sharing insights together!
