Dr. Paula Cole Jones is the founder of ADORE (A Dialogue on Race & Ethnicity), a former president of DRUUMM (Diverse and Revolutionary Unitarian Universalist Multicultural Ministries) and an independent consultant specializing in multicultural competencies and institutional change. She originated the Eighth Principle Project 10 years ago along with Bruce Pollack-Johnson. She presented the Sophia Fahs Lecture at the UUA general Assembly in 2019 on "Building a Community of Communities." She lives in Washington, D.C with her husband and is a member of All Souls Church Unitarian in DC. She is one of the Article II Commission members charged with drafting the current revisions of the UUA by-laws that guide us on living our UU principles in the world.
