Recommendations for UUSRQ Staffing
Recently Marie Kenney chaired an ad hoc committee to address our current and future needs for key staff to manage and provide the services we all take for granted at UUSRQ. The committee noted the departure and subsequent turnover in the Director for Finance and Operations, Administrative Assistant and custodial staff. With new hires in place, we’ve evaluated our staffing levels and see a significant lack when compared to UU congregations of similar size. (See the Comparison File)
Take a look at the committee’s recommendation below based off the comparisons and you’ll have a better understanding about why our current Pledge campaign is so important to our ongoing organizational functions and member satisfaction.
