Our Endowment ensures a vibrant and meaningful further for our Congregation. By making a contribution, your gift will carry forward the message of our faith and the important work of Unitarian Universalism in our community.
Earnings from the Endowment are distributed each year. They supplement the operating budget to support congregational projects and long-term growth.
A separate Endowment Board of Directors provides responsible management of the invested funds. The Board is elected by the members of the Unitarian Universalists of Sarasota at the annual meeting of the Endowment.

What Kind of Gifts Can I Make to the Endowment?
- Outright Gifts- using cash, certificates of deposit, appreciated securities, real estate or other marketable assets.
- Memorials- make a gift in memory of a loved one using this Tribute Fund form.
- Bequests- Name the Endowment in your Will or Trust. Designate a specific dollar amount or percentage of your estate.
- Life Insurance- Transfer a policy with a cash value to the Endowment or list the Endowment as a beneficiary.
- Life Income Gifts- Immediate and deferred annuities, pooled income funds, and trusts can provide income to you now and transfer to the Endowment upon your death.
