After the Time for All Ages in the service, children and youth join their teachers for Fun Activities.
Topic: Making Assumptions
The Elementary Classes will hear a story, Mr. Peabody's Apples, and then will reflect on how making assumptions about things leads to trouble. We will play a guessing game to support our topic.
Teens- (7th - HS) will build community and reflect on how making assumptions has impacted their life.
NURSERY CARE IS PROVIDED FOR INFANTS TO 5 Years.

The Elementary Classes will hear a story then discover all the places people may go this Summer before creating a collage of those places.
Teens will be in the West Wing and are welcome to build community in their own corner of the room and reflect on their summer plans.

Topic: At the Beach!
All Ages- Many of our families will be at the South Lido Key for our annual Beach Picnic Party. But for those children that are not at the beach, we will have a mini-beach party on the playground and/or in the West Wing if the temperatures are too hot. Wear your beach wear as we will have water and sand!

Do you love to have Fun? Are you comfortable helping children learn and play? Then we NEED you!
We need aides to assist in our Nursery, K-2nd grade class and 3-7th grade classes. There is no heavy lifting required nor anything to be prepared for the classes as you will be assisting the lead teacher that Sunday. VOLUNTEER HERE! |
